Or at very, VERY bare minium, unique to each of your contestants. If the per weapon idea is too hard to code in the game. Also, they really need to jus blatently rip off Apex's colorblind accessibility settings. I'm not colorblind myself, but I recall watching a very in detail video about it an it's something tthat always sticks out to me now

honestly, a crosshair to me is just something cool to aim with. i don't make my crosshair something efficient, i make it look cool, so a T crosshair with a circle around it looks cool, so i dip into it sometimes.

They did for me, once I put the small cross on, the model became so much better. Think of "aim small, miss small" when you aim for a smaller target; even if you miss, you still have a chance to hit the outside.

i found my aim to have improved significantly last week after i switched to a static crosshair. a bigger factor could be because i started playing on my native resolution; 3440x1440. i was playing on 2560x1440 for the extra frames but everything just looked wide and fat and blurry

Model on the board makes the game un-fun for every singleother player who does not have it. The gun is a mistake, and is only fun for the user. It's nearly killing the fun factor of the game for me.

nice vid, good breakdown. one of my most wanted QoL features for the game would be crosshair customization per weapon since they all benefit from different concepts like you said. like I would love to try the square on the model, but it would be too annoying to have to swap all those settings back and forth every time I want to use it. but hey they've actually improved the crosshairs quite a bit so maybe someday they'll get around to it

the key is to play with your friends and get a high placement and then leech off of eachother to infinitely rise in elo, then make videos from a place of authority to solo queue'ers then farm interactions

Great stuff! I'd like to see how to attack cashouts when teams are placed in different locations. Also how to best defend cashouts. Basically how to position yourself in different scenarios. Sometimes I feel like it doesn't matter how good (or bad in my case lol) my aim is because I'm so poorly positioned I just get wrecked before even getting a shot off.

Very useful video, personally I use a static circle as I find its effective with hipfire on assault rifles and smgs as the dot can be hard to track with and a cross blocks the screen a little to much. I like to have green instead of red since it's different to the colour of the red dots of many of the holographic sites.

I always use the dispersion circle with no center dot. I especially like it for the Dual .50s, the jumping circle actually helps me pace my shots a little bit better for more accuracy at long ranges

I never bothered with crosshairs as I thought the default one let me know when the hipfire spread would become too wide so I stop and start shooting again but damn that shotgun crosshair part is absolutely insane and a game changer, I'll most definitely have to try that out.

I think the shaped cross hairs are nice for learning the shotguns but once you have a good idea of the range I think a smaller crosshair helps me hit center mass

I also do just a dot, but I made mine red to match most reticles (m11, v9s, etc), so transitioning from hip fire to ADS is seamless 👊🏼

Funny story, so when I first started using sniper I had never dealt with reticle sway before let alone did I nottice my in world reticle moving. Frusttrated, I turned them all off an resorted to the ol tape on the monitor trick to help while I learnt how this sttyle of gunplay works. Well tape fell off one day an I didn't notice an played like a week's worth of games with no crosshair. And SOMEHOW it was my best, poppin off week ever. I know it was prolly a fluke, but it haunts me. lol

While the crosshair isn’t particularly useful, I do appreciate having it for more ranged weapons or fights. Using it reminds me if I crouch it could make it that tiny bit more accurate for something like the Akm and fcar. Even then it’s hardly useful but it’s nice having the reminder. With that being said I’ll try to make the dot more of the center of focus

I can only use the static cross... Cross helps me draw straighter lines when moving to targets. Makes aiming feel smoother and less jitter

A small circle works wonders for me in game and RL. It makes you focus on the target vs staring at a dot. I use the T dispersion with hot pink & lime green outline for visibility. Watermelon gang. 🍉 I might try out the vertical lines though, looks like it clears up the sight picture a good bit.

Personally I have used a "circle" crosshair since my q3a days and it helps with aim confidence a lot more than having a small circle, a most of the teammates I've suggested it to try have agreed Shame they didn't start out with separate crosshairs for each weapon type, weird design choice really.

Maybe a video on how to stall cashout steals could be great, especially for newer/lower elo players. I feel like many of the more competitive players tend to come from kther shooters, especially tac shooters, and find things like baiting, stalling, and setting up angles to defend a lot more easier than those who maybe dont play as much

Use crosshairX and make a Halo Battlerifle crosshair for the famas. Works very well for close range. The Halo SMG crosshair is great for full auto guns and shotguns. Halo Sniper donut, Magnum, or DMR crosshair for semi auto or single shot guns.

I had a whole weekend where I was jus making the most goofy animated crosshairs in that app. I think my best one was for the model. I started with that one CrosshairX reticle that is a green square qith inner grid an it blooms out in reverse. After enough toying around with it, I got the bloom timing perfect for every shot an it looked almost like I had the reticle aiming system from a star wars tie fighter

Recently been running the SH1900 and I really love how it’s high risk high reward. But I am struggling to find the best crosshair. Currently using a static circle but feel like it doesn’t accurately capture the wide bullet spray. Before you copy his crosshair settings, keep in mind that you may need to adjust your values based on your FOV

I use revolver a lot, so I use a crosshair with a relatively large circle. Why? Simply to get myself to stop worrying about whether I’ll hit and just shoot at those closer ranges where ADSing might get me knocked.

This isn’t a hip fire focused game guys. Your cross hair will be unused most of the time to because your in ADS most of the time. All you need is a small dot or plus just time line up before ADS.
