It is not because she was nervous that her hands were shaking. She has a particular disease (I forgot the name of it) where one of the symptoms are shaky hands. If you watch more interviews of her you can see it often. She also has difficulties with breathing/vocal cords. If you watch her interview with Nick and James Corden you can see Demi putting back an inhaler for asthma in her bag.

Most people say they don’t understand, how she could be depressed during those days because she was smiling, but it want actual really her.
