about the roles on MIBR, artzin is flex, Cortezia has already transitioned to Sentinel role (he said in the previous season he wanted to switch for next year) and Xenom will play smokes. It was reported on Brazilian news websites if I remember correctly. This is also what they are playing on their streams.

The problem with learning a new agent isnt learning the abilities and everyone thinks that way obviously these are professional players they can easily learn the abilities but whats actually hard about learning new agents is the playstyle Demon1 has been playing the same passive duelist (more comparable to a chamber than a duelist) for over a year and you cant just shake off your tendancies Either ur gonna do what you usually do and play super passive or you're gonna think "i need to play aggressive" and play too aggressive With enough time for Demon1 its probably plausible but its not as easy as learning to play omen in platinum lobbies

i somewhat agree. NRG showed this, he was played completely wrong. EG showed how to play him right. i think there are some great examples of this on maps like ascent (he obviously wasn't full time duelist on EG). he was plugged in and assisted to take duels around the map instead of being a hard entry who just runs in and dies. i think he could get away with being a somewhat slower playing raze.. i hope they try him on raze this year! obviously last year was a poor showing but there were too many other variables.

he cant replace him but i think he can reinvent LEV with a new playstyle in 2025. like you said, given how flexible tex and king are(i think king played some duelist too) unlike nrg guys mostly being 1 role players (other than victor) and also the upcoming map pool, i can see them being really good. it sucks that demon1s agent pool is kinda shitty and that the others have to flex for him but, it definitely is very worth it to flex the comp for a player like him if the others are comfortable. i also have a theory that demon1 cant play raze or neon cause of his super slow sens

i agree, i think they can probably make something work, and they dont need a 1:1 copy of Aspas.. curious to see what they can do.

great take, I also think MIBR has a good chance of being good this year, hopefully the team does well. I think NZR is one of the best scan initiators on americas, he was just locked behind L teams for now, and I remember Furia having a lot of internal problems and people not fully committing to his calls. Anyways, happy that my favorite team will finally have a chance of doing anything, I was tired of being hopeless lol

Demon1 needs an entry duellist like Jawgemo to play properly in T1. He has the same Yay problem. Either he should go duellist or Sentinel

I agree, i think him and yay are way more similar than people realize. they both require a lot of setup than duelists like Jawgemo/Aspas/Keznit. i like Controller for him.. but i think he would have to have another bad year for him to make a conscious swap. But he could have a great year on jett and raze, who knows. well have to see.

i am almost certain demon1 will be a jett astra brim player (like cryo) because NATANK can play both raze and also Kay/o, this allows demon1 (on ascent but also other jett maps) to play jett and not have to worry about their kay/o/initiator situation, then Kingg is their viper/omen tex plays the senti role and i think c0m will move into more of the scan initiator playing sova and fade. i HEAVILY doubt lev will try demon1 on raze when Natank (and possibly tex) can play raze decidedly better

I thinl demon1 is most suitated for roles where he can aik calmly. To me he feels more like Less than Aspas, thats why he is better suited for roles like controller or Sentinel. Sentinel should be his best role because there is even less util usage and just more plain gun fights where he excels at. When it comes to duelist, he is jot good at instantaneous fights where there is not enough time to aim properly.

Nah aspas is an all you can entry fragger that can play any Duelist whatever meta it is. Demon1 plays better if someone can play other Duelist for him that he personally can't play like his EG days. Where he shares entry with jawgemo and Boostio. Regardless aspas is still better and way more consistent with better agent pool and can solo entry for a team.

Lev were catching up last it was 15-7, Lev is a new squad and they are trying new things while C9 is quiet well settled and have been grinding off season tournaments while Lev started scrimming with the whole team last week and Tex is sick
