I beat A-Sol with a level seven, one star Elder Dragon. A Cosmic Pearl and the absolute highroll of a "+1 mana at game start" passive allowed me to play Ottrani Dragon-Worshipper on turn one and follow this up with six mana base cost units from turn two onwards. The win against A-Sol leveled up my Elder Dragon to 23.

In regards to the sharpsight play, I think theres just a few bugs in PoC right now, and how they interact. The new Deathless item added to cards gives the "+1/0" but if the unit dies, deathless doesnt proc. Even the old "Summon a champion of my cost" on spells item isnt working, and other interactions are just not working, so its possible it might be a bug. I've also never had to block with Elder though, so cannot really confirm.

Ichor power is bad they say. But I think they just don't understand how it works and it's synergy. It deals damage and also waste opponent mana. But the requirement is kinda hard in certain deck. It works with overwhelm, so it's more viable than you might think. Works fine for beatdown deck to secure victory. In swarm aggro deck, especially elusive, it's almost impossible to removed.

I find it gets strong if you manage to stack it past what they can afford. I've gotten it up to dealing 5-7 damage per turn at one point, and they just can't make it to 13 mana to deal with it.

Ichor is great if you get a lot of small hits OR you get a few consistent hits early. The former for damage, the latter to waste their mana since the AI loves to spend 9 mana on it for no reason. Also, it's fucking sick that Ephemeral Elder Dragon still can't be stopped, even by himself.

There are two types of cosmic pearls. The 5xp is given free in monthly challenge. The 10xp came as part of the bundle in the shop to buy the Starforged Gauntlets epic relic and Asol shards
