Dude its very thought to be a coach - when someone has success, everyone stats to think they can do it too. So now Schools are looking to hire x pro players and people that have Deion style lol.. Its not that easy flocks, Deion is him self and with luck got Travis. That does not happen in real life..

@@jamesburton8350 Here the thing, NOT EVERYONE can coach rather black or white. Deion open the door for other black x players to be hired. I hope it works out but coaching is very hard Job to do.
