The same way any historical accurate WW2 games do. Beside, swastika is not of Nazi origin but Hitler chose it out of some book to be Nazi symbol. Also if you watched some anime likes Bleach you gonna notice swastika-shape guard on Ichigo's first bankai sword. In short, it just a symbol that could refer to many things that are not involved with Nazi.
