We are just one death experiment. They were creating diseases at I G.Farben Aushwitz. Poisoning our foods and creating big pharma. You can thank the Rockefellers. They helped create the education and medical system. That's why we are all dumb and sick.

Hello. I have had understood that celiac patients couldn't eat even small quantities of gluten because it would trigger an immune reaction. Greetings

@JuanLopez-vf3mo6 ай бұрын
Thanks a lot for cover this topic so thoroughly Doc. Something i have some doubts is, if modern wheat is causing many issues on people's health, wouldn't be ok to eat barley for non celiac people? Like a soup barley or salad. Greetings 🙌🏼

Thank you very much doctor for such valuable information !! You're definitely correct that gluten is a problem for MS. I'm an MS sufferer (am Irish living in London) and for the past two months, have avoided dairy and gluten (but I get caught out by gluten at times). My pain levels have seriously reduced. I now avoid most of my 'everyday' favourite foods and feel hungry sometimes. My diet is much a guessing game if I don't stick to my '1 or 2 ingredients' rule…. ..my family think I'm lying when I say I've so much pain as they don't experience it. Thank you again doctors, I v much appreciated your podcast. Blessings to you all !!

I have stopped eating wheat and related-high gluten grains as well as many sauces, white rice, etc. and have started eating sorghum sugar-free cookies as snacks and sorghum flat-bread as my staple. White rice has been replaced with millets. This does not wipe out all wheat or white flour-based foods, but at least lightens the load of gluten in the stomach.

why not rice? it's not gluten.

Dang that stinks, do guys think Ezekiel bread has bad gluten?
@vcbrittney40728 ай бұрын
I can’t comment on Ezekiel bread but look into Einkorn flour. It’s an ancient wheat meaning it has not been altered, has far less gluten, and is not exposed to glyphosate.

@@vcbrittney4072 I'm sure it's fine since it's sprouted grain. Cool thanks for the tip I will order some.

@@NerveDoctors how do you know when your small fiber nerves are dead and can they regenerate?
@JuanLopez-vf3mo4 ай бұрын
Hello Doc. Thanks a lot for the video. About the elimination and reintroduction challenge, i would say that it is important to choose a healthy source of gluten, like a barley soup or salad. Because if someone reintroduce gluten in a processed product, potencial adverse reactions could be due to other component of the food; maybe additives, preservatives, yeast, synthetic vitamins present in enriched wheat flour. Even other components narurally present in wheat, like ATI proteins, fructans and wheat germ agglutinin can cause sensitivities. So i think it could be difficult to ensure that gluten is causing harm in every personal case. Sorry for my english. Hope it can help. Greetings!

Wow. So much misinformation. Please learn something about agriculture. There is no gmo wheat. Please research hybridization and understand the distinction. Please look at the difference between fresh ground whole grain flour and roller processed grain. You are steering people down the wrong path.

Hi mcOwenM. We spend a great deal of time researching every topic before filming and releasing but that being said, that doesn't mean we're flawless. We are human afterall. So, I went back and checked my facts to see where we possibly erred and found out their was no error on our part. All of this information is completely valid. So, allow me to share the scientific information with you. You are absolutely correct. There is a difference between genetic engineering and hybridization. Here is the definition: GMO seeds are produced by genetic engineering, altering the genetic material of an organism, whereas hybrid seeds are produced by cross-breeding of two varieties through artificial mating. I do mention that Triticale is a hybridized grain (cross between wheat and rye). Being hybrided doesn't automatically mean the seeds are genetically engineered; however, you can have a hybridized grain that is indeed genetically engineered, and such is the case with Triticale. Now here's the research on dwarf wheat (and you probably didn't look in the description box, but we have a ton more research down their about genetically engineered grains.) [www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7853296/] Dwarf wheat is most certainly a genetically engineered wheat. I thank you for your input and hope that you look at the numerous research studies we've presented you with to help you achieve a better understanding. Blessings.

@mc0wenM It's not a wrong path to be steered away from eating wheat gluten if it is causing health problems. When I don't eat wheat gluten products I have no eczema. When I eat wheat gluten products my scalp and face turn into an itchy, crusty, scabby eczema nightmare. Eczema is just one of the health issues I had with wheat gluten. Tell Monsanto they haven't created GMO wheat LOL
