Interesting test, AI can't make games from scratch, at best it can change some github codes to add new functions to existing games. It's best for generating lots of small scripts, which give the game variation, it's also good for sketching out 100 line codes, but it's bad for writing complex codes from scratch. when gpt is 10 years old, considering it has an IQ near 100 at 2 years old, anything can happen it depends on the idiocy of the humans in the driving seat.

u must not forget that chat gpt isnt built specifily for godot. there might be or will be a better ai for game develepors

That is true, but the thing is, games need a lot of multitasking and keeping track of multiple variables, at this point ai cant really do that, there is just too much to keep track of to make it work
