Sir I was standing near the vegetable shop folding hands at the back suddenly a stray dog unexpectedly smells my finger and I was very alert so immediately I have found a drop of saliva on my finger, i was not sure a small wound two three days ago was there or just below it but it was not bleeding for sure and immediately with a pouch of water I pour on it and within ten minutes I reached my home and wash my hands with soap and water for few minutes. Sir, the dog was healthy at the time i have seen and this incident happened six months ago when I was very less aware of rabies transmission disease, noted that once I have taken ARV fourteen years before. So sir please tell whether this time I need ARV as after reading about rabies I am getting more anxious. Sir please help.
