In one such case, court denied maintenance to husband by wife by saying it will promote idleness. whereas men were forced to pay even by begging, or stealing. Men don't get married. No law is there to save you and even if it's there the 🤡 don't follow them.

@@Bhartiya__ In very very rare cases. There are just few ( 3 or 4) examples are there. There are even cases where husbands who are physically challenged and eligible for maintenance or are jobless due to valid reasons were asked to pay maintenance to highly educated, well earning fit and fine women. Such incidents are happening every day. Courts (Kothas) has become fish markets for wives, lawyers and judges to loot men. So don't get brainwashed by these few examples. Moreover the maintenance husband get in Such rare cases are very minimum (1000 or 3000 rupees).

A husband has to prove that he is incapable of earning either physically or mentally then only court will consider maintenance for husband however, for ladies, maintenance is a walk in the garden.

If anyone has given a blank cheque on trust to a Friend for a Gift of say Rs. 10,000 but due to some grudges that friend fills 20 Lacs . What to do in that condition. As if the cheque passes, Money Goes. Or if cheque Bounced , He will be sued.

yeh sab bakwas kisi aur ko sunana madam, allahbad high court ordered that husband must provide maintenence against all odds on this world you should look that order up, also supreme court of India also ordered that husband must maintain wife even by physical labour meaning only husband has to pay, what you are talking about is a single order. but practically it is never used and always the husband is legally terrorized and legally extorted and there is nothing absolutely nothing anyone can do, so stop lying on KZbin and misleading husbands going through court case which is just legal terrorism

If the court asks the wife to pay maintenance to husband, she should file DV, 498A or rape case against the husbands family members. This way she can get leverage and get the husband to back off or legally extort money from the husbands family. In todays day and age no woman should be required to provide for a man. 💪
