Can I appeal a driving ban?

If a magistrates' court have disqualified you from driving there are four different ways that you might be able to overturn the ban.
1. Appeal your conviction to the Crown Court.
2. Appeal your sentence to the Crown Court.
3. Make a statutory declaration if you didn't know anything about the case.
4. Make an application to court to correct a mistake.

He forgot to mention it will cost you about £3500 and you’ll still get banned! The ONLY defence you have is that the offence didn’t happen eg . “ I’ve never driven a car in my life I couldn’t have been speeding “ other than that you’re fucked!
