I can just imagine Adrien getting increasingly excited when Marinette approaches him tomorrow. And he doesn't even let her finish what she's saying, just as soon as she says she likes him he picks her up and swings her around and plants a kiss. Maybe even yelling, "I'm Buttercup!" In any case, I feel like whatever reaction he could give would reveal his identity.

Hi Dawn, I'm glad you're getting better. Take all the time you need to recover. Health comes first.😀 I really love this story. It makes me wish this one shot can be turned into a series, one day. I was imagining, when Marinette tries to confess her feelings to Adrien, but then a new student comes and Adrien starts to be jealous in his civilian form. Marinette starts to wonder why Adrien is behaving different all of a sudden, then CN comes and is jealous, but in this case Marinette knows CN has a crush on her. Maybe at the end Adrien can reveal his identity and defeat Monarch or Shadow Moth.

Its probably because a relationshop between two civilians is kinda boring? It makes the most logical sense since they are both heroes in secret, but having a hero love a civilian (who is his partner unknowingly) is a lot more… interesting. Plus the chemistry between Cat and Marinette is surprisingly good

I do understand that the show is from Marinette’s perspective, but still, he should have some theories as to who everyone is, even with the magic protecting their identities. ESPECIALLY since Nino told him who Carapace and Rena Rouge are. And its a super simple connection between ladybug and Marinette once you realize the degree the both of them trust Alya/Rena.
