Even though this isn’t with ONE legendary, you could do US/UM with only the island guardians (Tapu Koko, Lele, Bulu and Fini) and adding the respective one to your team as you arrive at it’s island, ending up with all 4 Tapus when you arrive at Poni Island. Just a thought! The Tapus need some love!!! (P.S. Love your videos, they’re super relaxing and help me wind down after my shift at work! ❤️)

Actually a fan of this suggestion, I feel like Ultra Necrozma kind of just murders anything in terms of a solo run without overleveling and this could be a potential way of doing a nuzlocke of the game with legends and it make sense.

Slow Start halves the actual stats (after EVs, IVs, etc. are applied), not the base stats; in other words, it affects the ranges seen on the right. Assuming maximum IVs with no other investment, Slow Start effectively makes Regigigas have base 71 Attack and base 41 Speed; at maximum possible investment, it's equivalent to base 55 Attack and base 25 Speed.

As much as Shell Bell saved you here, I think Leftovers still would have resulted in more recovery during the E4 and Cynthia, and it's available during Victory Road. A lot of those fights probably wouldn't have been quite as close if you had the more consistent damage, especially against the first pokemon while you're stalling out Slow Start.

31:51 You'd think that Gyarados would go down to a Tbolt, but besides Regigigas having an acceptable, really just okay at best Spec atk stat, Gyarados has a rather large Spec Def stat. For real, after the gen 2 special split, they decided to make Gyarados have a very appreciable base 100 spec def. It's not a monster tank or anything, but that helps it stay in the fight for a long, long time against special attackers.

Easy fix without overpowering: New ability: haymaker make it for 2/3 turns and no protect or recovery. Attack and speed goes down to 80 its ability switches the speed to 100 and attack to 120 and goes to iron fist afterwards

Fun fact about Slow Start! You mention at the start of the video that it's roughly equivalent to having base 80 Atk and base 50 Speed. But since Slow Start halves the FINAL stat, not the base stat, that means IV and EV boosts are also halved. The better EVs your 'Gigas has, the harder it's hit, to the point that it can actually become slower than a base 50 speed Pokémon would be.

Regigigas effective base stats isn't 80 and 50 Relative to uninvested mon, Uninvested Regigigas is 71 Attack and 41 Speed Relative to invested mon, Invested Regigigas is 55 Attack and 26 speed Roughly speaking Regigigas(uninvested) is slightly weaker than Alolan Ratata. Regigigas(invested) is slightly weaker than Ratata Pokemon stats works by essentially every 2 stats = 1 BST. For example Azumarill(50) is usually said to be as strong as Groudon(150) since they have very similar stats - 398/399 attack at neutral, 436/438 at + Nature, The stats reduction of Reigigas affects EV gained stats, so the relative BST reduction it got is amplified, just like how the relative gain Azu get is amplified(uninvested Azu is around 124). That said this kind of calc is very funny with power abilities - Primal Kyogre basically have 306 special attack, Solar Power Charizard basically have 188 Base Special attack(essentially making in game Charizard accurate to TCG Charizard gimmick of hitting really really hard)
