I mean yeah, the grass in this game is so inconsistent, sometimes you gain on the grass and other times the grass sends you to Narnia with the amount of underteering and or break locking

It never makes you go faster, every time you run over it your tires get dirty and lose grip for a few seconds to penalise you for going off and it's also more realistic that way
