This is probably 100% my fault, but I think that thresher is one of the -if not the single hardest - enemies I’ve found in the bl2 vanilla story playthrough. I usually have to get him to follow me through the gate to the loader factory and hide behind a column while I slowly whittle him down.

BAR means (Bad ass rank) which makes you have more crit damage, Health, more power, more elemental damage and lasting, etc

BAR essentially provides small stat boosts the more you play and complete certain challenges like getting kills with certain weapons, complete missions etc. Since every player has a different set of boosts from this mechanic most challenge runs and speedruns disable it so it doesn't give an unfair advantage

In regards to rule #1....Arguably, you could just hop into a car and shoot enemies with it. Or use any weapon really, that can shoot multiple times per 1 button press (if held down for a while). As there is nothing explicitly stating how long one should press the button...just that it has to be pressed/clicked once. (And then released at some point.) And it would still be counted as 1 button being pressed...just for a rather long time. I personally think the rule should be "I have to kill in 1 shot" instead of "1 button press". Or at least have it be specified not to do what i have mentioned above.
