Ideas for Soldier: Use Red Glare, missile laucher, grenades (eqaulizer taunt), same shotguns as Heavy, laser pistol, shovel, old world glory, Tesla Cannon, Katana. Must only consume dirty water (no purified water) Low intelligence Side with NCR and get Enclave remnants to help you. Nuke Legion in the end of Lonesome road.

27:00 The same thing happened to me when I was doing the cazador with tin grenades challenge. I figured out that it was because I got the kill with my last grenade, and when you use your last grenade of a given type it unequips you, so you're technically not holding anything when the grenade goes off and I guess that stops it from registering that you used the right weapon. Fallout gonna Fallout I guess.

Dude. You created an explosion so powerful, it shook reality itself loose at the seams. That's transcendent levels of demoman. You succeeded better than anyone could have hoped for. This is not only a successful challenge, this is your most successful challenge to date.

Running around as Demoman slinging explosives at the enemy while drunk is a pretty wild ride. But it wouldn't be done if you were a bad Demoman. And Fish going more and more mad as the run gets more and more unhinged is hilarious. He really is becoming like the Demoman. Sniper will be fun, especially using the Anti-Material Rifle and possibly hunting down every faction leader and killing them because "Snipin's a good job, mate!"

If I were to guess on the dynamite, the game occasionally checks for the weapon last in your hand. Since it was nothing, the game didn’t count it. It’s how some people do the Crackerjack Timing achievement without using the actual weapons

Hey fishstick on a stick I have some info on the mother deathclaw you might want to know and it explains why she wasn’t getting crippled as well as why her attacks where so powerful. Taken from the wiki-If one of the Deathclaw Babys at Quarry Junction is killed, the message "The mother deathclaw goes berserk at the death of her baby!" will display on the upper left. The Mother Deathclaw will be granted the Adamantium Skeleton(50% decrease in limb damage)and Better Criticals(+50% more damage with critical hits)perks, as well as the 25% damage bonus provided by Psycho. The Mother Deathclaw has a unique knockback effect while attacking, which will randomly knock the player into a ragdolled state. If the player has the Stonewall perk, this knockback effect will be blocked. Her Speed Multiplier is set to 175, compared to the standard Deathclaw's speed of 100 and an Alpha Male's speed of 150.

Fallout new Vegas sniper challenge rules are you can only use bolt action rifles, sniper rifles and SMG’s and no, you cannot use the marksman carbine and also you should complete Boones quest in novac

Assuming you can survive the experience, for the Soldier run you can get an NCR uniform, a Combat Helmet, and a Missile Launcher pretty much immediately in Black Mountain. I think for extra rules you should probably avoid working with the NCR military. He was rejected from every branch after all.

For the Deathclaw Pro Hunter not unlocking on the Alpha Deathclaw - I'm pretty sure the game checks your currently equipped weapon for the challenge instead of the weapon that did the damage. So running out of dynamite swapped you to Unarmed.

I wonder how the engineer playthrough is going to be like. It is going to be shotguns and pistols but NV doesn't have sentries (sadly). Maybe you would just be required to fix every robot in the wasteland? Has to take EDE and fix him up? EDE is kinda like a mini sentry, He just floats as well.

Hey Fish! I recently found a mod that adds in a grenade launcher that fires timed grenades instead of explode-on-impact ones, its a good mod and would've fit perfectly with this run.

If you do use soldier, you can use the shotgun, shovel, any missile or rocket launcher, and grenades. HOWEVER. You can only use grenades if you let them blow up in your hand, or throw them at your feet or something.

Maybe dynamite on Alpha deathclaw didnt work for challenge because it was the last one and you subsequently switched to fists, therefore game thought it was killed by fists

Hey, another fun thing that would make tjis run pretty interesting. What if you used the "Timed Grenades" ammo type for the 25mm launcher? That'd effectively give you access to rollers/bouncing grenades

Considering how often Fish opens up his inventory when out of ammo, it makes me think he doesn't know you can actually bind weapons to 1-8, and switch ammo easily lol. Maybe he does, Idk. Also fun fact, you can throw normal nades/fire nade launchers, and once it's flying through the air, HOLD THE DYNAMITE IN YOUR HAND, and if the grenade launcher/normal nade kills them, it will count. It's how I did it myself. Also also, BOS hates you because you nuked both NCR and Legion. If you for instance nuke neither, then you get positive Rep.

You should do a medic run Obvious high intelligence and enough endurance that you can get solar powered. Mid charisma for companions and low strength and agility. Use smg because syringes are bad and so is the smgs Use bloodpacks and stimpacks alot. For uber charges med x and atomic cocktails Help the followers. Do any medical quests regardless of faction. Any experiment quests ones too like in Big Mt. Idk about crusader's crossbow would be aside from single shot gun types. Honestly medic would work better in FO4 because the syringer.

Ideas for Sniper: Use hunting rifles, sniper rifles, SMGs and machetes. Anti Material rifle seems wrong because of high STR requirement. 10 Perception Become BFFs with Boone I expect a boring run.
