Here’s some tips for you: count your doors or listen to them because of dupe, he takes around 30-40 health, for seek, look for the guiding light. crouch on door fifty and always buy lock picks, they will help you a bunch. Try to save up to 500 coins to get the crucifix to trap the monsters and skeleton key for the hospital.

this will be a very useful comment, first for seek you have to look both ways and the door with blue light will be the correct one, second for dupe you must keep track of the door number dupe will be behind an incorrect door with the wrong number. When you hear screech go psst, then look at him as fast as possible, hide will kick you out of a closet if you stay inside too long, so make sure to not go inside too early when the lights flicker. Also if you ever encounter ambush, which is rush but green he will rebound forcing you to get in and out of the closet he rebounds 2-6 times. Tip: the crucifix can kill any entity except seek and figure. it would stun seek from 7-8 seconds and stun the figure from 3-5 seconds. Tip: with seek, if you look both ways before you go you should see a blue sparkle. go towards it because that is where the door is. if it is not on either side, it is all the way around. Tip: if you crouch during door 50, the figure cant hear you walking. Tip: if you get the skeleton key you can go to the rooms with 2 lockpicks as well (1000 doors) or open the skeleton door in doors around door 67 which contain a healing plant. Tip: if you hide in a closet at door 50 the figure will hear you. it sometimes also hears you when you come out. Tip: candles turn blue and go off when an entity is coming. Tip: doors with no numbers could contain chests with good loot in them. if the chests have a lock you can open them with lockpicks.

When dealing with fake doors, you actually have to keep track of what doors you go through so it will be easy to figure out the correct door. Also skeleton key is used to open the secret door in the hospital. Inside of it is a plant which heals you everytime you take damage. When beating door 50 you will end up at Jeff's shop. The two items you were look at were the Crucifix and the Skeleton key the Skeleton key opens a secret door to leading you to a herb that heal you anytime when your low on health. The Crucifix is used to literally ban any monster/entity that come your way. Hold the crucifix out and it will ban the monster/entity for the rest of the time your playing in that server.

This may have been the case in the past, but as of May 2024, the game doesn't "infinitely ban" the monster, it's only banned for that door specifically until the game's cycle resets and it triggers the event for said monster to spawn again

The running bit with the tall black man is called Seek, when you have to run left of right it actually helps you by lighting up the correct doors with the blue sparkles, I usually look for them in the corner of my eyes, if none of the doors on the sides are lit up then it will be the middle door. Secondly, the fake doors are either labelled with the wrong room number or there are not labelled at all, hope his helps and once you understand its easy!

2:21 the way you know its a fake door is by looking at what door you enter before going into the door. For example, say that you walked into room 10. Inside room 10, theres a door that says 10 and 11. What should you go in? 11. 10 will have the monster in it

This is for you Caylus. : seek chase, when you are at seek chase you go the wrong way how to avoid that is when you are running to a door you will see a blue light ether left or right, a light might not be shown that would mean the right door is ahead. : after door 50 there is a shop if I where you I would get the cross and the key, the cross can be used on monsters like the guy where you have to go in the closet. Use it and you’ll see something cool. The key is used for door you’ve seen already! If you open it you will see a 🌱 use it so you can have stronger health. Hope this tip was helpful

Actually you can avoid the fake door, there will be two doors, one is fake ofc and one is real, you need to remember the door number you're on, for example: you are on door 29 and there are two doors, one says door 31 and one says door 30 so you go for the one that is next. And when you reach Jeff's shop it's better to get the crusifix, and the skeleton key, the crusifix stops entities like rush, ambush, eyes, ect. But it will not work on ones like seek (the one that Chase's you) and figure (the one where you have to find a code) and the skeleton key is used when you reach a hospital like room, when you reach that room, there is a locked door with a skull on the front, when you unlock that room there is a plant that heals your health when ever you get hurt and it stays permanent unless you die. How to survive: (I try to explain it the easiet to understand) 1. Seek - He is the black ink entity you met and always died to, to survive you need to quickly look left and right, if one of the doors are blue, run towards it. If none are blue, it's the door that is straight. 2. Ambush - You'd probably encounter him the next episode, for ambush he is green and has a very loud arrival sound, once you hear it go near a closet. If you hear a loud static noise getting louder than hide, do this multiple times until he's gone. 3. Halt - For halt, the lights will flicker like crazy before you encounter him. To survive, you need to just run and when the screen turns static and says "TURN AROUND", then you run backwards.

If the seek chase started, the doors with a blue light are the correct doors. The non-lighted doors are the wrong ones, for dupe, AKA the fake door-monster, if you hear a creaky sound when getting near a door, that means dupe is nearby. As for using items, the cross/crucifix is a weapon dealing damage to monsters. For the skeleton key, it is used for the skeleton door at 8:35. and that's for the new items. Try make it too the rooms. The rooms are very cool. You need the skull key and 2 lock picks. The door is behind a closet on door 60. There will be a wall blocking u so you need to go through door 61 and find the lever. Then go back to the small room and walk through. Oh and with figure-that guy at door 50 he is blind and senses footsteps. So just be crouched and it will be so much easier. And the other blob guy at the chase scene. He is called seek. All you have to do is go through the door that has a number on it, and has a small blue hue on it.

Ok here is the info you need: You already know about dupe right? To avoid it you always need to remember the door number to open the door followed by it. Every unlabeled door in the game is a safe one, some have chests with a lot of currency. The item laying on the yellow pillow was a crucifix. When you hold it you are safe once from any entity besides Timothy and Hide. To avoided the pick-a-door rooms in the seek chase, here's a little tricky to do it: when you open this room look to the left, if no light appears on the door, run to the right. If right door does not have blue light either, continue running to the middle door.

Well that figure at door 50 is actually called Figure, and while looking for the books in his library crouch the full time and he should stay away. You can do this on both them. hi to beat seek as you know crouch under the bookshelves, when you come to the part when you go left or right you look either way if u see the guiding light (the blue light) you go through that door if there's no guiding light on either side the correct door is in the middle. To beat dupe ( the monster behind the wrong door) just go NEXT to the door if it doesn't open its fake! And just a tip to beat the library the monster is called figure and he's blind, if you crouch he cant hear you, but if your close to him he can hear your heartbeat. There are 8 books to find. The cross thing is used for stopping entities. So if you can’t hide in time then get that out, look at the monster and it will have an animation! I hope my help is needed… And the skull key is something that you can use at door 60 if you have no modifiers on then you have to have 2 lock picks and that skull key and unlock a new thing called the rooms. But you can also you the skull key at what is like a hospital and at the end of the room there’s a room that you have to unlock with the key and you have to get the thing that is the plant and then whenever you get hurt it will heal you! Caylus the cross that you didn’t buy is very helpful it kills the monsters but figure and seek can break out of it the key with the skull can unlock any possible door in the game other than the gates I hope this helped you
