Use lv 10 Koriyu. It's ice and dark coverage works well on a lot of doodles and it has good base stats. When I tried it, I only needed to use one ice cream pop right before the final room

what about doodles with hope beacon? although it only have five uses it kills two birds with one stone, heals and restores move usage. Also hypothetically i does not break any of the rules you stated
