@@Go0d_boi When you beat 3 gm rated in a single tournament above a certain rating you receive a norms. They are even special invite only tournaments to help player gain norms. the system is quite complex.

sagar is very strong in classical most reflector(positional) type players struggle in fast time controls (magnus is the only exception)

Sagar asks how she can concentrate on chess while talking. Girls in general are better multi-taskers. There are exemptions of course. Hikaru is excellent multi-tasker. My ELO drops 300 points if I have any distractions playing bullet.
