I agree with everyone saying you began the video with a much improved mindset and your swing was looking so much smoother. You were waiting for the ball and the transition into your downswing was so much better.... But when the wheels started to fall off those negative thought demons started to creep in again. When you start to struggle and get down on yourself, try just reminding yourself that you are playing Bay Hill (or any of the incredible courses you tee out up on). Just be thankful for being healthy and having the opportunity to play courses most golfers would chew your arm off to get on. If you can't truly enjoy that regardless of how you play then you need to reassess your chosen career. Keep swinging mate!

Love the positivity in Rick‘s game in this video. I think I can say with some confidence that we are not watching break 75 to see “really good golf “. We like Rick, the courses, the knowledge we can gain, and living vicariously through someone who gets to play golf a lot more than we do. And at a much higher level than the vast majority of golfers on the planet. Thanks for what you guys do! -Ryan

It was 2004 and I took a group of sales people and customers to Bay Hill for a couple of days. It was probably the week before the tournament and the stands and pavilions were getting put up. I came down for breakfast the first morning and there, two tables over eating eggs and reading a paper was Arnold Palmer. Iconic. He was out on the course when we were that day. I was leaning on my driver with one of my guys on the tenth tee, a dogleg right over a hill. Having come from the north, basking in thew sun a cart came over the hill, headed right towards us. Shock of white hair, cartruse golf shirt, it was him. As he drove by he smiled, nodded and waved as did we. I looked at my partner and said: was that the coolest thing that ever happened to you? Arnie.

Great stuff Rick. Here's an idea for an episode or two - on Sunday, we played our 5 Club Competition on the Stathtyrum at St Andrews. Non counting but there is a trophy as with any club competition. As the name would suggests, you are only allowed to take 5 clubs out with you for the round - this includes a putter. You have to really look at the score card and try to work out what the best combination of clubs is. Driver or 3 wood - can you hit a driver off the deck? Something to get you out of a bunker and then a couple of irons and a putter. It makes you manufacture shots and hit different ball flights to get more distance or cut distance off. It's a fun format and I could see you, Guy and some of your guests enjoying it. We tend to find that the scoring is not that different to playing with the full 14! Just a thought!

Not only is Rick's attitude so much better than the last couple of videos, but his swing looks way way better. I know the dates the videos are filmed are not the order they are released in. That would explain why the last couple course vids Ricks swing looked like the same flippy handsy inconsistent stuff it's been for the past few years, and the scores were atrocious. In this video his swing looked positively dialed, despite the "just ok" score. Rick's chipping and pitching also looked way more confident, even if all the results were not there yet. If Rick can stay disciplined and keep these changes in his mental and physical golf game, he will be a totally different player. This video was like night and day, great stuff.

The Sergio video was a hard watch, but this is the Rick that Sergio needs to play with. he's not getting his 10 shots back if Rick plays like this. bring on the rematch! Some wonderful golf shots on a fabulous course. Roy loos like a player too!

8 over is a bloody good score. Need to remember you are playing some of the toughest golf courses in the world that are designed to challenge the best of the best. Nice to see you enjoy your golf again, its looking good from here.

I watched Roy's swing at times over and over again. The guy can golf his ball and it seems so simple.

Thank you for providing coverage and commentary on Anthony Kim. I appreciate your attitude on covering him compared to the totally dismissive attitude of mainstream golf media. My guess is that he has nowhere to go but up. How far up is something we all (that care) get a chance to see. Maybe Greg Norman sees something others don't - he usually does...

Great to see Rick relaxed and just enjoying being in the position he is. This is what the punters want.
