Some points which my grandfather told me some days back.. ( I'll translate it in English) 1. If you want to conquer "fear", don't sit at home and think about it. Go out and get busy. 2. Distraction and direction are inversely proportional to each other. 3. Confidence comes from 'How' not from 'what'. 4. Everything is easy, when you are busy...... but nothing is easy, when you are lazy.. Hope these points will help you. It helps me a lot to be in discipline way.
