Solo travel is the absolute best!!! There is something so special about not having to worry about what others want to do and making sure they’re having fun. I usually will put my wants on the back burner on trips with people. That’s just the way I am. Solo trips means every day is basically your perfect itinerary.

As someone with social anxiety, I learned to calm it down by not caring so much about what others are thinking about me and what I'm saying (Not saying to be rude and don't care about people in a negative way). It means to not worry what they are thinking of you. If you can get past that, I think it will help. Also, realize people are just like you and me. They wouldn't mind a smile back or may not want to be talked to either. They appreciate compliments too. I find I can get people to smile and make the small interaction at a cashier more pleasant when I throw them a compliment as I know it always makes me happy too if I get one

About being alone: I'm in my 30s, married, have friends etc... I've learned to be my own best friend and it's awesome. I can do things on my own time. I like the cheesy bean and rice burrito. My favorite thing is to sub black beans, because I think the refried can be dry and tasteless sometimes. I also like to add an extra cheesy bean and rice burrito when I order, and save it for breakfast. They’re good reheated, or with some added scrambled egg and hot sauce, if you’re feeling nasty. Also, potato soft taco will always be top tier.

You should check out Hash House a go go in Orlando. It's not far from the world's largest mcdonalds. The food is massive. The staff is super fun too. They are a chain with famous locations in Vegas. The food is incredible. They have pancakes the size of a hubcap.

I also when I was younger me and my mom use to eat on the dollar menu a lot because my dad was gone most of the time he was a truck driver and basically took all the money so we lived on dollar menu and ham and cheese in the oven sandwiches some nights but the time I got to spend with my mom alone was the best because it was just us for a while my dad died and it’s just me and my mom again and my dog lol I wasn’t super close with my dad but the night before he died I remember giving him the best hug of his life I hope he enjoyed that hug ❤and I hope whoever reads this has a wonderful and blessed day!
