@sunnygames4003 General damage calculation is Dmg = (2 x STR x AttkModifier) - your DEF. I'm not 100% sure how the Att+ modifier works in this mod, but based on how contact dmg did 149, it either means Legion's STR was boosted 54% higher than normal, or there was a flat +80% bonus to the attack modifier. If it was a strength boost, then laser would do 192 dmg at 21 DEF. If it's a flat modifier, laser would do 328 dmg at 21 DEF

DoS Bat Company can be used to cancel landing lag & cancel Hippogryph early, so it's got SOME tech to it... but definitely a big downgrade compared to Aria Bat, which is probably my favorite Castlevania transformation.

I sure do! The SNES was my first console, so I'm used to SNES controls where B (Cross) is jump and Y (Square) is attack.

Since this is a "you find it, you use it" challenge (and then some), shouldn't the fact that you switch back to the Onikiri after the Legion fight (when you picked up and were using the Partizan) invalidate the run?

No. This is an Iron Soul run. Every time you defeat a boss you change back to your starting gear
