I tried this and decided to completely rebuild the team. I traded all of the stars and only won 11 games in my first season. But I had 3 lotto pics. Drafted Jaren Jackson, Shai-Gilgeous Alexander, and Collin Sexton. We won 37 games. I trade Fred Vanvleet for a lottery pic and drafted a diamond in the rough. Next year we won 48 games. My diamond came out of the G leaugue an 82 overall. Next year after signing a 84ovr veteran and JJ Redick we won 62 games and the championship.

I was rebuilding the Toronto Raptors and I traded Kyle Lowry for Draymond and Derozan for Paul George and I also did Valunciunus for Drummond and I won the championship in my second year. The point guard and shooting guard I had was VanVleet and Wayne Ellington.

I decided to do a MyGM with the Bucks a couple of days ago, the first season we came back after being down 3-0 in the first round of the playoffs, and then proceeded to get swept in the second round by the sixers, I managed to get the number 2 pick in the draft due to some trades, I ended up getting a 99 potential player and we then proceeded to win the Championship 3 years in a row, the third year we had a record of 69-13.

Honestly if I were the raps GM I would do anything possible to flip siakam and/or the back up center(forgot his name) for a guy like Trevor Ariza (even though I like OG) so they have someone to match LeBrons size better and make the 3. Id also try out Bosh for like 4-5 million with a team option the second year to see if he can return with the same kind of play he used to have. The only way they can win though is if they keep the current core of Kyle, Demar, and Jonas. Everyone around them needs slight improvement in IQ during certain situations for them to be more successful and also needs to bring a couple guys that bring that energy and fire to help Lowry and Derozan take that extra step before its too late.

Also if you decide to do another you should change the training attributes to make it where guys like Derozan could have like a 90 3 ball at the end of a couple years or Capela has like 99 rebounding stats and high 90 defensive IQ and much more so that your team is actually improving instead of staying static. And for a suggestion for the next I think you should do the spurs without Kawhi

I GOT IT DONE 2ND SEASON IN. Traded Lowry and JV for Drummond and Reggie. Traded away vanfleet and siakem and acquired Josh Hart and zubac. And finally I traded OG AND A pic for Kuzma. Ended up sweeping bron in the conference finals and won in 5 against Houston. GGS
