The average you tuber has no idea how affiliate broadcasting works Its simple people a TV station cant afford to produce much more than the local news (this) So they partner with a network (NBC, FOX etc) for prime time and buy some syndicated shows. I worked for the big bad FOX and we would hack dead girls voice mail, push SOPA, and call global warming a hoax but nevvver try to influence local news because NO ONE WATCHES IT. There is some self-censorship coming from tv station owner towards their own staff usually because a piece might scare off advertisers, but that is NOT THE SAME as the network pulling the piece.

I don't think it's fake, here are my reasons: 1. In the end of the video the women in the window kinda pointed out that she has seen him a before, that's why the bag is there. 2. I would have put the bag in the exact same place because it's easy to put there and reach. 3. If this was a commercial i think they would have been a bit more specific and explained a bit more. (I once worked a bit in marketing.) These are just thoughts, I could be completely wrong. (Please excuse any spelling errors, because english is not my 1st language.)
