I love Abarths. This one brings up memories of the Fiat based Abarth coupe I had in the 1970s. It made such wonderful sounds when I accelerated, I was surprised when I looked down at the speedometer and saw I was going only 40 miles per hour.

Sorry I'm late to the party. Sleep & then work will do that for ya. Australian time you see.. How much difference to the Abarth 595 Pista that you had back in June this year? Power wise, interior appointments, ride quality ?? Price?? Would be an interesting comparison.. Aparenty it will be available over here in limited (35 cars) numbers.. Priced from around $45k Aussie. (27,700 euro) But it's not a car for me, or really to out roads over here.

Don’t apologise, you were missed though!! There is a difference however for a daily i would prefer the pista, this is higher ponies, stiffer suspensión and gruntier sound and a more exclusive price tag of course; very lovely looking example for someone wanting a rare Abarth.

I had a little Fiat like that, but much less power, for a week. Drove about 1000 kms. Hated it. I'm only 168cm (a bit shorter than Peter Bell 😂) but it was too small for me, uncomfortable. Driving possie was weird too.
