Hello from 🇫🇷. Nice job. Upper motor mount can be purchased in a two piece set from Powerflex or ipd. The volvo one is very difficult to install without press. The modular IL5 is a wonderful motor. The only PITA is the timing belt and the front suspension can be noisy. Other than that : fantastic platform.

Great work Mike! The sweet sound of the 5 pot idling is soothing,. The radio code is sometimes written on top of the radio unit ( if you pull it out half way ) if you can't find it in your papers. Good luck mate🤞

Volvos are in demand in Japan, not sure what models or years they want. If you put wrong code in radio you have to keep radio on for 12 or 24 hours just to get it say code again

I had the same model wagon with beige leather, it was a lemon, the A/C went out in Houston in July and I sold it.. Two years later my in-laws gave us a 1998 V90 wagon, much better, more power, tight turning radius and fully loaded, It lasted 20 years until the transmission went...

hello Mike, do you no that the lower engine mounts have a vacuum hose on them, something to do with lowering vibration? on start up maybe that's where that hose goes too?. the xc90 is the same. on the xc90 after 1,000rpm all the vacuum goes to the turbo. think yours may have them too

SO... does the sunroof work? Horn ? I'd use Brakekleen spray to clean off the engine- COLD of course I had a 98 850 with 10k miles on it, very nice car when new The leather cracks and dries out so fast
