Bro the most fun ive ever had playing gears was in wingman private lobbies back in the day. A full lobby of good players going at it was easily the best time ive had on the game

Also im with you about the exclusive stuff. Maybe top 50-top 100 players get like some specialized version of the black steel skins. A game as competitive as Gears should offer more ranked incentive.

gears 4 customization pissed on gears 5. they definitely went backwards with this game. i think all of the stigma loot boxes got during gow4's run made them panic and go with a battle pass because of the fortnite hype. gow4's loot box system wasnt even that bad.
