Hey Mighty love your stuff. I have actually hit a homerun 721 ft. To hit it I first fixed all the sliders i think like you have then I got all my players to be 99 in everything (all categories) then I made a custom map with max elevation, fences super low and brought in the most so as to make it a very small park and then everywhere around the park I put parking lot (empty). I did this because the way it calculates how far it is hit is not when it first hits the ground but when it stops rolling. I am sure i could have hit further but was fine with flexing my 721 ft hr. Hope this helps!

Some tips if you try this again. 1) You can turn wind off when its against you and max slider when its with you 2) Your gear is still not min maxed, legendary call item etc 3) Elevation is better than costco, that 567 seemed like a glitch maybe some parking lot rolling thing. 4) Max CPU pitching consistency and accuracy so you get all middle middles 5) Use power swing , its higher exit velo and remove clear for takeoff 6) Add '"significant" exit velo' boosts like Hero Time. the word significant is a higher tier than just 'increased' or 'slight'. I dont think there is any 'massive' for exit velo, which is the highest.

Don’t mess with the sliders. Just put pitch and hitting difficulty on beginner and play at coors. That’s how I did it.

The pitch speeds stay the same it only changes how fast the ball gets to plate. If you look it will tell you pitch speeds and its still 99 or 97 or whatever it says when you hold r2.
