You know what would be interesting is if you start off with a guild weapons, and then after hunting the first monster you would switch to that monster bow, learning a weapon while upgrading it lol

I learned how to use bow just to deal with Azure Rathalos and I never looked back. It's such a fun weapon once you get used to it Also, Thousand Dragons is kinda... Meh. I just spam the hell out of Arc Shot, it deals an insane amount of stun damage, just don't use it on online if you are playing with IG users or you'll ruin their entire day

I really don’t understand why he’s so liked honestly. I find any monster that has a lot of strong ranged moves like velkhana, kirin and bohemeth annoying. I guess everyone’s different though.

I agree to a certain extent, I find that solo (at least with my Charge Blade) the AT Valkhana fight is actually really fun... On the other hand, I've never seen a multiplayer group last for 10 minutes against her... So maybe "pleasant" is a bit of a stretch.

Personally, I really like the AT Vel fight, especially compared to how painfully lame I find the Fatty fight... That being said, I can't imagine trying to do it as the 5th ever hunt with a weapon. ... (Spoiler) It's honestly pretty impressive you managed to last 11 minutes, that's unironically longer than most of the SOS calls I've done for that hunt while trying to help others clear it...

I'm reminded of when I also learned how to play Iceborne Bow not too long ago. Always trying to spam Thousand Dragons at every opportunity. Does having more pods in the slinger actually increase the damage? (I don't know, I turned off the damage numbers.) 19:52 - I... I like him... He's my favorite, even.

@@MasuLW Respect for the Kushala love 💕 I like Kushala, but definitely not the tornadoes XD I think the number of pods does have an effect. At least I hope it does, since it consumes everything you have, so I would assume so bahaha

it does not increase the dmg, at least i never noticed the difference when i have 1 pod or 3 (piercing), the dmg seems the same, all that matters is that you get as close as possible

to explain why you still take so mutch dmg even from elemental attacks with ranged weapons is every monsters attack is 99% physical and 1 % element (joke but no it has to do with raw attack valus - natural weapon defense wich is crappy coded and does not work)
