Thanks so much, I really appreciate it! ☺ Honestly it needs a few little tweaks--I did buy one off Amazon, and it didn't really work well, the eggs would either not move at all or moved to the top of the amazon tumbler and stayed there. I'm going to see if I can combine the parts to get the best qualities of both designs. I've already had some success with my tumbler, though--😉👶🐟 Will be part of an upcoming video! Nice little diy egg tumbler, there's only one way to learn and that is to try. I bet if you keep modifying the egg tumbler and think of how you can improve upon it I'm sure you'll make a great one. Here's an idea you can use the one you buy as a blueprint to create your tumbler 😉 Great video Tara 👍

Hi there! I'm definitely learning a lot through trying, lol. This is my first attempt at mop spawning and trying to take care of eggs that take up to 3 weeks to hatch. I'm definitely going to be trying some other things with the tumbler and ordering one. We tried mimicking some of the pictures of them online at first, but couldn't get a good exchange of water through it. 🤔 Maybe being able to see a real one in person will be helpful. I love diy projects, and always good as a back up plan if not completely happy with it, Arnold did manage to raise some eggs in a small plastic container with a bit of airline through a whole in the top, which is probably not the best way either but the eggs hatched and we now have the fry growing and thriving so something was right, sometimes what doesn't look great to you still manages to do the job 🙂 Thank you for the early birthday wishes! 😀

I have to say great job to your "fish tank enabler" also, well done Greg! The tumblers online seem to have the air stone in the top, but I think that would be super fiddly to try put airline through the top some how, hmm 🤔

@@KingsAquariumsAndReptileRoom we actually tried a couple of configurations to mimic the ones online, by putting the airline through the top, but could not get movement and water exchange through the tumbler doing it that way..idk how they do that 🤷‍♀️.
