Nice btw do you have the same graphic card?! Actually this video is quite misleading tbh 1) I wasn't charging my laptop whilst playing. Reduces the performance of the graphic card significantly. 2) A lot of background apps were running and I was also recording the gameplay which automatically takes away at least 10 fps

I am running F1 2019 with 4gb ram and Nvidia 940mx, ultra low settings and 60fps, it can be quite laggy sometimes but playable, but the game crashed a lot, so i am thinking whether i want to add another 8GB ram

if you can, add another 8GB RAM (best one). I only added another 4GB RAM and now I can play games like GTA, Witcher, FIFA 20 on 1080P HD with medium settings.

Please elaborate more. Is it your screen that is blurry? If your screen is blurry then your GPU has a problem. Try updating your graphic drivers. If that doesn't work try changing your display settings

Maybe try putting your DirectX to the lowest which will increase FPS. Lowest DirectX is DirectX 10 I think. Other than that I'm sorry bro, your i3 and 930 is just not good enough :) Also more tips: 1) Play with your battery charger connected. Better performance. 2) Close all your background apps before starting game.
