@@TheCivLifeR The Ability is called "Four faces of peace" which was the title of a famous lecture given by Lester Bowles Pearson, The Prime minister of Canada in the 1950's. He went on to win the Nobel Peace Prize for it in 1957. It basically describes how a nation might remain in peace times & the Civ developers said "Okay, this will work" and gave them that ability.

How do you make sure all civs get colors when you have that many? Whenever I try to make that many, it gives like 15 normalish colors and then some random combos and then the rest don’t have colors associated with them and it makes it too confusing and time consuming. Is there a mod for this or am I setting things up incorrectly??
