Unoccupied buildings comes when we place many more buildings (Zones) without demand and buildings gets constructed. Either cos of fast building enabled in Dev mode or by ppl leaving the city. Remove extra marked zones and give it some time, may b the demand will come up again. BTW Infinite Demand is just for the visuals, it will not increase actual demand, u will ruin ur wonderful city which already has unoccupied buildings.

Please put Dhyey 1. Unoccupied building is when you have very much building and less people living in it so you should remove that building and build small buildings not very big buildings. 2. You did a very nice job by doing the budget down but when the demand is balanced you should keep the budget a little higher. 3. You should keep the taxes balanced I think on 10%. 4.
