I would highly recommend something like Redline MTL / MT90 for the trans. It's fully synthetic and doesn't contain synchro harming sulfur like diff fluid does. It's about $60 - $70 for 5 quarts, but IMO it's worth it.

Gotcha, thanks for the recommendation, I'll check it out. After doing more research I'm definitely changing the oil out again before putting any serious miles on it.

I was thinking, in terms om trans fluid: Is it possible, that it can take / handle some ATF? Some BMW’s use it. Amd i know this isnt a bmw, but maybe give ATF a try. Liqui Moly TopTec ATF is what i can reccomend

That's interesting, I don't really know either. There were a couple fluids listed in the manual and that's what I was going off of. I'll definitely pay the forums a visit.
