It's OCTOBER and they are just allowing my son to go to school It's almost Halloween but he starts next week. His zoned school doesn't have any programs for him. I need help in a big way.

Please help…. Can administrators force related services providers to UNSERVED students?? For example, students has a mandated in the IEP to receive speech therapy 3 times a week individually. The school doesn’t have enough therapist to provide the services. Administrators are asking to UNDERSERVE the students and to see only 2 times per week, but the mandated in the IEP still remains 3 times per week. What consequences I could face as a provider?? Thank you!.

We have trying many times, with 2 doctors notes. Yet our school is still not helping. The principal said after the meeting. Become he was late so many times. I will not allow him to come back to the school. How much does an IEP cost? Is $$$ the problem

My child iep teacher ignores me and keep telling I just need to talk to her the principal instead of her.. they want to sign all this paperwork but when I have questions the iep ignores me .
