What an experience that mush have been. Looked so good, and I can only imagine how hellish it was at times in that heat. Again you’ve done yourself great credit Dan, brilliant stuff… and even in my fitter days I wouldn’t have been tackling that hill, weights yes, swimming yes, stationary bike maybes, but that run up the hell, no chance 😂

Dan im not a coach or anything but i do play cricket and ur front foot isnt going towards the ball at all evem tho the pace is quick try and step towards it ur shots will look even better and u will becomd more confident

Totally agree with you mate, it was mentally uncomfortable facing Josh at that speed with the sidearm, so having watched it back I was certainly hanging outside leg stump 😂 Luckily, got a video next week which helps address what you’ve correctly spotted 🙏
