@Brian Menard: you can wear long John's and long sleeve shirts with tank tops, flannel shirts AND jackets all at once(I found police jacket worked well). This helped me get to a warm condition. There is also a basement in your house under your stairs that's difficult to see which is more insulated than the top! Hope this helps 👍
