Some more tips for dru because he clearly needs help with this game 😭 1. When your deciding how many troops to send to a province the two swords icon will change color to show if you can win the battle with that number of troops, the greener it is the more likely you are to win, if its fully green then you will win, and then redder it is the less likely you will win. 2. You can get more building slots by clicking infrastrucutre in the province menu and then spending some money and resources to upgrade it. If you upgrade the infrastructure of a province it will make more money, however in the province menu you can see the level of economy you have, when you upgrade the infrastructure the economy stat will get a new maximum, then the economy of the province will grow at the infrastructure budgets rate until it reaches the new max. 3. If you can get certain resources like in this video you can trade for them with other countries. 4. Troops can only enter a water province if they enter from a province that has a port built in it, however troops that are already in a water province do NOT need a port to land and can instead land anywhere on that water province 5. A good thing to always do in a peace deal is to offer the "demilitarized zone". This will give you 3 extra victory points while only making it so you cant put troops on their border for 10 turn, this is very useful to get more land out of a peace deal. 6. you should check what a building produces for how much of what before you build it, if you build a steel plant it will be useless if you don't mine the iron required to actually make the steel. 7. After making peace with a nation you will have a pact that is temporary, if you've selected a province of another nation and you see a break pact option that means you still have a pact. 8. A nation will only accept a pact if you have above 10 diplomacy score, they will only ever accept an alliance if you have above 30 diplomacy score with them, however in certain situations like being at war with the same nation as each other the other nation might accept a pact or alliance at a score below the regular amounts. Additionally facist nations require an extremely high diplomacy score to get an alliance or a pact with any nation that isn't also facist. 9. The "green smoke" is a chemical weapon, if you think you for certain are going to lose a province in the next turn you can use a chemical weapon to heavily damage the invading troops when they arrive. 10. Having troops will reduce the amount of money you make per turn because now you also have to pay for those troops existing.

9:03 quick lesson when you see a blue line on the map thats a river and you can move troops through that river and attack nations that are landlocked you can also do that for example when finland declared war on you they could attack you through the river so when a country is on the other side of the map they can still attack you (they probably wont but they can)

11:33 explaining how alliances work basically when you have +15 or more with another country they can accept your pact any lowet than that dont even try ( that means they cant declare war on you and thats why you had a pact with switzerland cause they are neutral they dont declare war on anybody) when you have +30 relations they can accept your alliance offer (but they dont need to so they can still refuse) again any lowet than 30 dont even try
