tips from a guy that has been playing since 2017 you couldve just used that little bit of water in the center instead of using water extractor for plastanium and other things, every power matters for challenges like this, for reign just get overdrive domed cyro cooled foreshadow and spectre,make 3 layer of phase boosted mender wall, since(i think) reign can pierce walls that is less than 3 walls thick and phase boosted mender is really good for if you need to save power, dont make spaghettis with belts, it gets confusing really quickly, switch to plastanium and combine low throughput resources into 1 plastaniun line if core incenerate overflow gamerule is on

​​​@@thatrandomguy8124 the wall doesnt consumes more power since its you know, not an erekir phase wall, and if you have more than 4 mend projector (which he does have) its actually more power efficient to just make them phase boosted rather than doubling their amount, of course you can also use the phase to boost the solar panels with phase boosted overdrive projector, forcr projector, so theres really no downsides to it

0:08 Solar panels are great but especially when there is no thorium 1 you compare a pre-titanium level source to a surge level one, post-thorium generators are op anyway 2 solar panels are great for supplementing other sources 3 they are great at protecting from blackouts 4 they are very quick to build ps: always use batteries to deal with fluctuations in supply and demand

As someone who has a base creating every material in the game running off of a single Giga Solar with Mass Drivers and still has excess power to fill 2 Giga Powerbanks in 2 minutes, Solar Panels are hella powerful + They act as independent power supplies instead of relying on a central generator

A video on the different defences you can do? I prefer to do a corridor with guns all around the edge, you have to make the very end the 'weakest' or 'lowest' amount of walls so thats what they aim for

In regular TD games, I'm super used to actually building proper mazes or corridors, hell that's what they were all like on Brood War way back in the day. I don't know why, but in Mindustry I just always wall off even though after the fact I realize that was probably not as good.

I don't think that's true. I remember a video showing how maxed out surge cyclone can get to 2.7k DPS while blast swarmer with cryo tsunami does 500 ish. Things may have been changed though

A easier way for solar panel power is to get phase fabric as soon as possible and use the larger solar panels as i think they make a lot more power

if you didn't know, blast compound swarmers with cryofluid tsunamis is actually better and more cost effective than surge cyclones, even with a water tsunami, and since swarmers are smaller, you can put more of them than cyclones

I am legitimately surprised you never opted to rush T2 solar, it makes more power in a 3x3 area than a normal solar setup, and has the capability to be valuable with an overdrive dome (if you get the logic set up in a lucky way...)
