Thanks - I still think Survival is the best game mode in either of the Division games. Glad you uploaded this one. And there's always something to learn about item placement, tactics, and the like - even if you've played a game a LOT.

I still do 1 or 2 runs of survival every day. Its the only thing I play really. I still learn about new areas all the time. If I get into a match with 8 or more players I go my standard route and speed loot everything. But if its only a couple of other players I'll take my time and try to explore some new areas. There are just so many places. I only recently started clearing the DZ landmarks up north, and was amazed to find the easiest one to take care of was up there. That top right hand one only has 2 NPCs.

@@zzwoodcrafters7279yeah that landmark is super easy, most of the ones up north are pretty easy as long as you have good placement. I did a livestream not too long ago and cleared out all the dz landmarks.

Survival of the fittest. That was my excuse when I did PVE Survival. I followed a group and solo players around map and hid. Let them clear landmarks and NPCs and I stole their loot. The cussing my innocent ears heard that day 😢

The hotel landmark was cleared not by another player but because you agro'ed all the NPC's from it and killed them in the park across the street. 😁 So you left all the loot but you did fine anyway with loot.

Yeah I realized that as I was editing 😂 for some reason I thought that landmark had a few more NPCs and possibly a heavy Riker. Watched the video back a few times and realized that yeah I cleared it myself.

I can’t speak for console, on PC you’ll run into them in the DZ but they’re easy to spot and you can leave the server right away

Console Lagswitchers you’ll encounter daily. Example, day ago a server of 15 doing solo/team battle against each other. My experience they don’t F with me although they will ruin your manhunt experience at times. If I happen to see a 4 manhunt lagswitch squad, servers dead because everyone just leaves. Majority roam the DZ. Skirmish is dead. Last Stand rarely if any.

It was definitely a team, that's how they took the landmarks so quickly.

Poor server connection in survival is hell, meanwhile in darkzone pvp it's a godsgift, especially if you use predators mark, by the time that they see they got the bleed they are already dead

There was something wrong with my internet a couple weeks ago and I constantly had a poor connection warning while playing survival. I wanted to keep playing though, so I toughed it out. I did about 10 runs that way. It seemed like I was about 1/2 a second behind everyone else. So if I shot a npc it would take half a second before the shot registered. I was able to extract each time by playing super safely. Once my internet was fixed the mode seemed way easier. Once you get used to being half a second behind everything it feels like you are cheating to have a great connection again lol.

Try PvE first! It's so much fun to play, you never know you may knock it out of the park the first run and extract full of caches
