I have a twin brother Greg who is hilarious and fun to hang out with. Unfortunately we both are fighting life threatening cancers. Doing chemotherapy etc. Hope we survive to laugh many more days to come.

Might also look into the book by Guy Tenenbaum with fasting scheme and other metabolic hacks, based on scientific studies, to make use of metabolic abnormities of cancer cells to get to them. His friend did that combined with chemo, IIRC, and him at least alone after some point. Then there is new research about some repurposed antiparasitics that also disturb the metabolism of cancer cells.

Asturias was the first thing that drew me to classical guitar as well. I couldn't believe that much sound and expression was coming from a single instrument. At the time, I had no way to find video to see if it was true, since the internet was pretty young. I'm talking 3.5" floppy disc era. I saw his Seville Concert CD randomly in a used music shop on South Street in Philly long ago, and I took a chance on it. Glad I did.
