I have a twin brother Greg who is hilarious and fun to hang out with. Unfortunately we both are fighting life threatening cancers. Doing chemotherapy etc. Hope we survive to laugh many more days to come.

Might also look into the book by Guy Tenenbaum with fasting scheme and other metabolic hacks, based on scientific studies, to make use of metabolic abnormities of cancer cells to get to them. His friend did that combined with chemo, IIRC, and him at least alone after some point. Then there is new research about some repurposed antiparasitics that also disturb the metabolism of cancer cells.

My brothers are twins so I consider myself to be pretty decent at picking out differences in faces so it's always fun for me to see other sets of twins and go through this progression of "wow so identical" to "getting into uncanny valley" in this case being used to what Brandon looks like so seeing Brian my brain is like "wow something's not quite right" to eventually "yeah I could pick them apart without having to see them next to each other". Also one of my brothers is named Brandon but his twin is, sadly, not Brian.
