Hate how broken the coaching carousel feels. Started as an OC at Umass and built them into a 4 star powerhouse. 7 years and 3 national championships in a row and all I was getting was coordinator offers. Wanted to take a one star over but ended up taking the hc job at Colorado begrudgingly. It’s been 4 years and I haven’t gotten a single one or two star hc offer.

Do a rebuild where you spin a wheel to determine the only state you can recruit and get transfers for that season. Transfers can be from any school in that state.

you should use the ucf offensive playbook. i formation play action pass works to the te or crossing wr majority of times. then in shotgun 4 wrs offset, you can run option, the hb trap works well, and the fake wr screen but make the screen wr do a streak. have the single side wr slant. good stuff!

Yeah, I think it would be good to have the option to have a specific amount of hours dedicated to either side of the ball on recruiting, based on team needs. That way the automated side isn't eating into the hours that you might need

Once you settle on a school, this becomes a 5 year rebuild. Easy peasy for you. Consider redoing this with different goals. Like you cant leave a school until you win a bowl. 10 years and 6 or 7 bowl wins + some playoff wins and your first 5 years have to be G6 I trust you to win a NC anytime, so quantity may be harder.
