Yo, I watched u now for a bit and I saw u struggling a bit with fm. I’m a new player as well but I would suggest u to play more balanced and not to overcomplicate your tactics and instructions.

FM can be stupid, i would reccommend formationsthat the top teams use like a 4-2-3-1 ands then you can make the actual tactic more complicated. You want to use a SIMPLE system in which the players are familiar with :)
