I was going to play again when the game came out officially but I decided that I wanted to play now. So I did start playing now, and something just clicked in me to where I just finally understand how to play the game after a total of 60 hours played previously and I started maining Rio, I really want this game to pop off and really hope we can get people into this game!

I played the game when it first launched with a bunch of friends, but i sucked at the BR elements of the game and the optimization was pretty bad. Weird to see ER content pop-up in my recomendations, but the video was pretty fun and kinda made me want to play the game again. Great content man!

You know it's funny, I actually recently had a Magnus game where me and the Johann were in the most intense final zone max mastery dual. I don't remember the build he had but I was a crit build and his was the watch racing helm combo so he just kept running away and poking me down, and with my lack of cdr and massive pile of food it was just a war of attrition. At one point we were both an auto off of death, and if he stopped to attack he'd be finished so he just had to run, and with swift strides I just couldn't catch him so I had to back off and heal. I honestly don't even remember how it ended, but he won that game fair and square with my death. God I hope this game doesn't die, I absolutely live for those moments. The only thing that came close was the original, so even if they can't quite do it with this one, I hope the ip can live on in some sense. There's always community servers (looking at you Toontown), but immortal soul doesn't even have that yet last I checked, so who knows. Oh well, at least we still got the comics and the memories. And the heart emotes, can't forget those lmao

I know I've seen a few KR Johann players rely on a bunch of traps in final zone and be the first in final zone so they can place them all down and just kill with just the traps and it was really funny to see

Honestly if ER releases in the summer almost alongside cs2 and diablo4, etc + being currently dead in NA/EU it's very likely it'll just die a slow death despite being a compelling game idea. It needs to be marketed for months to hype up the release for it to have any chance and sustain a healthy 30k+ on steam, which is the main platform for EU/NA, without limiting the days you can play solo/duo/squad and all that stupid cost saving stuff they do. If you download it to play it with a buddy and you can't, because it's not the exact time and day of week, that's a quit-inducing moment right there. I hope it succeeds.

I honestly don't think there will be a huge overlap with those games and ER will release later in the summer like July 20th. Not to worried about that competition, moreso just being able to retain the new players coming in.
