India should focus more on Quality Education rather than quantity of Engineers produced. A Central Recruitment board should be formed to recruit faculties in the Engineering Institutes. IITs produce excellent engineers but only IIT can not reach to a broader way to produce quality Engineers in India and the most important thing is that the law should be very very strict so that we can minimise the corruption. In India we can see corruptions at any level.

Even if all the factories moved to India, which is next to impossible, for not letting one source get stronger, even then, it won't create that many jobs in India as it did in China, because, because manufacturing within next few years or probably a decade will be different from labor intensive. Instead it will be robots and AI led factory growth. Manufacturing won't be that profitable as it might have been in China's case, because of AI and new technology, products will might see a rapid decline in value. Consider it like , how textile mills in mid 18th century made garments so cheap that our very own industries collapsed. Many researchers in the US are saying that AI and robots might bring drastically decline in value. Instead of only focusing on manufacturing, I think we should focus on what we already are good at , Software. Benefit today is in capturing the patents and R&D, not manufacturing.

Sarkaar ko Research pe zyada investment karna chahiye. These things will firmly Curbe Rate of Inflation and slash unemployment. Conclusion = Bharat ka vikas Entreprenuer mindset se hoga naaki Mukherjee nagar me Coaching Sansthaan kholne se !!

China's perspective towards Manufacturing sector clearly shows that this government has follow a effective political, sociological policies which comes from an effective political ideology, if a country's government ideology regarding society comes from a wrong way, it is hardly possible to build India as Largest Economy of the World. India have a lot of potential in this sector because of its its Young, Enthusiastic population hope in near future this manpower will be used in right Directions 😊

You are right sir 👍 अभी भी हमारे यहां स्किल लेबर की कमी है, हम भी एक लेबर है, हमे स्कूल में तो कोई स्किल सिखाया नहीं जाता है, हम सीखते है कारखानों में काम करके लेकीन कारखाना में क्या होता है की सबको स्किल्ड नहीं बनाया जाता है क्योंकि कारखाना मालिक को डर होता हैं की हमारे यहां सिख कर कही और जायेगा या ज्यादा सैलरी की मांग करेगा, यही डर जो स्किल्ड लेबर होती है उसको भी होता है की ये सिख जायेगा और हमे रिप्लेस कर देगा , तो क्या होता है की 100 लेबर में 35-40 ही स्किल होते है, इससे प्रोडक्शन, प्रोडक्टिविटी, क्वालिटी, प्रोडक्ट के ऊपर सीधा सीधा फर्क पड़ता है, मेरे नजरिए से ये बहुत बड़ा प्रोब्लम है

Practice Questions Answer - There is no denying fact that India is the fifth largest GDP in the world But the problem arise here that our manufacturing sector is lag behind because of most of the growth in service sector. India's tertiary sector contribute more than 60 percent in total GDP But less in employment and our primary sector holds more than 50 labour despite this if we look towards developed nations we observe that all sector goes hand in hand but this such case is not in India. Indian government took these steps boost Industries or manufacturing in India:- 1. Indian government is developing SEZ in India. 2. Politing trade policy. 3. Removing trade Barriers etc.

As an engineer working on contracts, i must say there is always requirements for engineers on contract but they is miserable. Big companies pay hefty money to contractors but this people pay very less to the engineers. The contractor get richer and richer. Reforms of min pay as per hours should be applied in engineering field also. The problem is there is no rule for contract engineers but only for labors. This is the main reason engineers with 4-5 years experience move abroad as their work is not worthed in India.

We need to develop some laws and regulations for labours. We need to secure their safety, health, education. And corruption is the biggest barrier in the growth of India. We need to make laws to resist the interference of politics in everything. There will be no political unions in manufacturing sectors and every political leaders will take the responsibility of all unions in their area

The main problem with India is its poor vision for R&D ... Why according to the world countries usually spend on R&D is about 2% whereas the Indian government and other organisations spend is limited to 0.68% whereas China spends around 3.5% correct me if the approximation is different. Can you imagine a 17 trillion economy spending 3.5% and India with 3.7 trillion spend 0.68 ..... There is no proper funding available. The government is not interested in R&D that's the biggest mistake.

Funny how you contradicted yourself. If we bring religious fights in everything, then India will never grow. Ram Mandir was important because it was destroyed by the Mughals and Babri Masjid was built on top of that. But now, no need of building any mandir or masjid. Now we need to unite as Indians and develop our country at least. Then we can come to religious fights, terrorism and whatever is there.
