Thermacells work great on the unofficial Alaska State Bird. We have 5 or 6, one in each vehicle, one each for my hubby and me, and a couple for guests. For an applied repellant, we use Sawyer SP565 Picaridin Insect Repellant. It doesn't react with things (sunscreen, plastics, etc.) like deet does. We also have 2 Mosquito Magnets that we put in the yard. Oh, and the battery-powered bug rackets work great when the little buggers get into the house, I think we have 5 or 6 of those too 😂

I know your both young yet, but I find chair yoga easier on the joints and muscles and really helps tones and lose weight and I also swim which is the best overall exercise ( yes I'm older 😅). Our God said to stop sinning in many many scriptures and He paid for everyone to be cleansed of sin (Isaiah 53), and to live how He said. He dwells in the Holy temple (your body) and said not to defile the temple. He said to defile the temple is death. He's always serious about everything He said to do. He's just as serious about what He said not to do. Deuteronomy 28 there are blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience. These go into the following generations, the 3 and 4th. Our children pay the price for our sin. Numbers 14 18 The Lord is slow to anger, abounding in love and forgiving sin and rebellion. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.’ God has said to stop sinning. Scripture says how you are sending consequences to yourself and to your loved ones, children. By God's law you are. If you don't believe me ask Him, in Jesus Yeshua's name may you see and know the truth in its fullness. Yeshua is worthy of everything He said and paid for, so I implore you to do as God said.

Sodium Bicaronate for those nasty mosquito bites. Which consists of baking soda and vinagar mixed together. I have to use it all summer. I'm highly allergic to mosquito bites. Check uncle Google as to other things that can be mixed with the baking soda.
