I’m from Tampa I sat and watched every game Winston got hit on half the picks while throwing which is why they remolded the whole o line before Brady got there they took three o line man in the draft two in first and second round Winston had top 3 worst o line 2019 which is why Brady threw 15 his first year in Tampa Godwin and evans went down the last 4 games just like this season so Winston was throwing to randoms which caused some picks if you go back and watch those games Houston etc announcers saying about rec 1st career game second career game. Even the panthers game and titans game perriman stepped out of bounds on two point after Winston ties it up and kills momentum and evans drops 80 yd td vs panthers and we lost by 10 Winston broke 2001 Bucs (who are arguably the greatest sb team ever put 48 on the raiders) ppg record and 2001 Bucs most points scored in game record that season he set nfl record back to back games 450+ 4 TDS colts lions games. There was so much other bs that happened when we really should have been at least 12-4 13-3 and if any of that sounds bs go look it all up it’s all there which is why Winston was balling in New Orleans and is now balling in Cleveland if the picks was his fault he wouldn’t been 6-1 14 TD 3 picks in NO and beat the two best teams in the league in Cleveland. Brady woulda never even made it to the Super Bowl if it wasn’t for Sean Payton Winston in the nfc championship put Winston in he throws TD puts them up by 5 the Payton puts Bree’s back in w torn labrum and they lose if Payton leaves Winston in Bucs never go to the Super Bowl next saints game week 1 Winston beats rodgers 40-3 throws 5 TDs. All we can do is see what Jameis does with his opportunity. While it was a bummer that they traded a couple key pieces on offense and defense, it seems like the coaches are genuinely bought in and letting it play out. Playing Sean Payton, who was a major mentor and coach, is going to be an insanely hard test - on TOP of the Mike High Home Field Advantage. So I’m stoked for tonight, and excited to see how the TEAM embraces the challenge.

That's a lie. They lost along with kicker, the Seattle, Giants and 2nd Falcons game. Gave up over 70% completion percentage to opposing qbs. They were the most penalized defense in the league.They were okay against the run but gave up the booty on pass defense. Goff but 40+ on them and almost 500yds. Matt Ryan converted a 4th and 14 with his legs on the last drive of the 4th quarter. Daniel Jones came back from 18points down without the help of a turnover.

Winston had 88int his first 5yrs...Peyton Manning had 100int in his first 5yrs. Both had 3.5% interception rate. They both had 111 total turnovers. If Winston was white he would be looked at qb with potential.

I’m a supporter of seeing a Jameis comeback, but this is where a lot of my nose for investigative journalism lies… Peyton wasn’t exactly a clean wheel off the field, and both were/are goofballs. But Jameis’ offfield baggage and verifiable mistakes stuck with him much-more-so than Payton’s and that is in part because it was much more reported on. 1996 was not 2013, but there’s so many compounding factors that I will always wonder what EXACTLY made it ok for guys like Peyton and Ben - who had off field baggage - and Kirk - who is just a super mid QB - to have starter NFL careers, but not Jameis. Maybe that’s all it is, maybe it’s more than that or something else. But the NFL seems ready to give him a real shot and I’d love to see him capitalize on it.

Baker 90 passer rating, jameis 87 passer rating. Baker 63% completion, Jameis 63.1. And its no comparison this year alone. Baker is having a much better year has 28 tds to only 11 ints. almost 3 to 1 ratio.

Jameis has not had a lot of injuries. His injuries came in New Orleans. If you want to compare him to someone, compare him to Peyton Manning. Look at the first five years of both quarterbacks. Then review who had the better team and who had the better coaches. The Saints were crap when Jameis was with Payton, but Jameis made it work. Much like the, a team of first round crap. Some on the panel like to compare jameis to Flacco, mostly to take jabs at Watson, but Flacco played with a better team than Jameis is playing with in Cleveland. This is why he sucks and the Bucs let him go and the very next year the Bucs won the Super Bowl. Jameis had Mike Evans And Chris Godwin and a good defense.
