How much is the wait/load at the top necessary for speed. Feel like thats the only thing I missing atm and cant get it right. Even with my quick transition I am getting around 127-130 seing speed. Need to get it sorted 🙏😅 any tips on drills perhaps?

What’s your take on adding weights to the club head and swinging? Not hitting balls necessarily but just focusing on the strength, motion, and power. I remember something similar was practiced in hockey when I was younger with heavier clubs or heavier pucks which increased your stickhandling ability.

So I have a question… im trying to get faster , I guess I’m stronger and faster than the average person (especially my age 48 - deadlift 140kgs for 8 reps can do clap chin ups etc…) the problem I have with speed training is something breaks down when trying to max out (guessing most people who don’t train is body related) - for me it’s my hands I have a strong grip but not the biggest hands so I use standard grips - will using a bigger grip help my hands deal with trying to increase my speed I’m only at 113 miles playing speed and as soon as I start cranking it hands start to break down especially the left (right handed) and the pinky, ring and middle seem to feel the effects the most… thanks
