Bro you really Think Mihawk is low to Shanks in terms of Overall Power. I'm not comparing Shanks or Mihawk here but Mihawk has immensely Advanced OBS Haki( Known as the Clairvoyant), has Advanced Armament Haki( Possess a Permanent Black blade which requires immensely Advanced Armament with Countless battles and he is the only one who possesses it after The Sword God Himself). The "Power" of Shanks is his Haki itself. And Speaking Of Power , The only think Mihawk hasn't demonstrated is his Conq's haki. We can Assume That if Zoro possess Conq's, Mihawk most likely possess it. It wouldn't make sense for Mihawk to be titled the Strongest Swordsmen without Conq's considering Even Zoro can infuse it with his sword (Its just a speculation tho).

Bro i am on Shanks Side bcz the reason s are : Mihawk becomes strongest swordsman after shanks loose his hand. So its clear before shanks hand they are at eaual level. But now mihawk is stronger. Luffy end goal is not shanks, his end goal is going to fulfil wish of joyboy and surpass him and blackbeard or imu is going to be his final opponent..
